I've been teaching natural childbirth classes since 2006. I'm a wife to a wonderful, supportive husband, Brian, who is a Chiropractor that specializes in pregnancy and pediatrics. Professionally, between my husband and myself, we have a real appreciation for what a woman's body was designed for. I am very blessed to be a mother to three boys, all born at home with a midwife.

My family and I try to live the most natural, healthy, holistic life we can. We are an active family. You will find me running the boys to their various church activities, all extra curricular activities, sports practices and games, such as baseball, football, basketball, theatre, and debate competitions.
